triple net commercial property, are choosing to invest in single, larger
triple net commercial
commercial properties with multiple property investors. Such
commercial property is otherwise known as triple net-
TIC investment.

TIC commercial properties are available for virtually all
commercial property types, triple net-
TIC commercial properties are particularly popular because of their predictable cash flow backed by national credit tenants. It is common for a
TIC sponsor to convert a multi-tenant
commercial property into a triple net-
TIC through a master lease.
